A. Breast-feeding is the amount one choice for baby feeding. It is not, however, best for women who do not want to breast-feed. baby formulas are an acceptable alternative to breast-feeding for women who would feel forced into breast-feeding or for other reasons would not be able to breast-feed successfully. Although there are benefits to breast milk, the benefits don't apply if the mum is not a willing participant and breast-feeding is continued even though it is not going well.

Q. Should I heat up the milk before I give it to my baby?
